EPOS-to-accounting integration for a fast-food retailer
Our client, a fast-food retail chain, needed sales flowing from TouchOffice EPOS tills across its sites — eat-in, takeout, drive-through, and delivery — into its accounting system automatically and accurately.
ventive.ai built the integration: sales are pulled from the EPOS platform, transformed, and posted as ledger entries into the accounting system, with products on the tills matched automatically to the right accounting codes, refunds and corrections handled properly, and daily reconciliation summaries so finance can trust the numbers.
The whole pipeline runs containerised on a schedule, with a small API and admin frontend for visibility and control.
