CRM and sales

leadily

Every lead, moved forward.

An AI-native CRM for small and medium businesses. Contacts, companies and deals on kanban pipelines, two-way email sync with Microsoft 365, Google and IMAP, quotes priced from your own catalogue, AI-drafted proposals on branded templates with read tracking and e-signature, automations, lead scoring and a full marketing module. One plan, every feature included, at £10 per user per month.

  • Contacts, companies and deals. Enquiries land as contacts in a New enquiries view until someone claims them. Scan a business card straight in.
  • Pipelines that fit. Multiple kanban pipelines with per-stage probability and rot warnings, in more than one currency.
  • Two-way email. Microsoft 365, Google and IMAP, including shared inboxes. Outbound goes through your own mailbox so replies thread naturally.
  • Quotes from your catalogue. Line items priced from your products and services, with calculators for configured items and your own quote templates.

Customer support

supporthive

Busy inbox. Calm team.

A hosted help desk for small and medium support teams. Customer emails, web forms, live chat and requests raised from other applications land in one shared queue with owners, SLAs and automations. It connects to the mailbox you already own, so replies come from your domain, and the features other help desks upsell are included from the start.

  • Shared ticket queue. Every email becomes a ticket your whole team can see, assign, tag, merge and resolve, with nothing lost in personal mailboxes.
  • Your mailbox, connected. IMAP, POP3, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with replies sent from your own domain and threads kept intact.
  • SLAs without the upsell. First-response and resolution targets with business hours, breach alerts and escalation chains, on every plan.
  • Automation rules. Route, assign, tag, reply, notify and call webhooks on ticket events, with a dry-run mode so you can see what a rule would do.

Project management

kanbanic

Project management that moves with your team.

A flexible project-management platform in the mould of monday.com and Trello, without the per-seat bloat. Boards with Kanban, table, calendar, Gantt and dashboard views, automations that do the busywork, approval workflows with forms and deadlines, public intake forms, and an AI assistant that proposes changes for you to approve, plus an MCP server for Claude.

  • Every view your team needs. Kanban, table, calendar, Gantt and dashboard, one source of truth seen the way each person works best.
  • Columns that fit your work. Twenty-two column types including status, people, date ranges, currency, formulas and links between boards.
  • Sub-items and dependencies. Break big work down, mark what is blocked by what, and see the links drawn on the Gantt view.
  • Automations that do the busywork. Trigger, conditions, actions: set fields, send emails, post to Teams or Slack, call a webhook or start a workflow.

Collaboration

hopfrog

Where ideas leap off the board.

A real-time collaborative workspace and Miro alternative. An infinite canvas with sticky notes, shapes, connectors, stencils and comments, plus notebooks for the write-up, databases for the plan, file stores and encrypted vaults. Edited by many people at once with live cursors and per-user undo, with templates, export to PNG, SVG, PDF and CSV, and an AI assistant that works across all of it.

  • An infinite canvas. Sticky notes, eighteen shapes, pen, images, frames, tables, mind maps and org charts on a board that grows any way.
  • Notebooks for the write-up. A tree of rich-text pages written together, with code blocks, comments on a sentence and live canvases in the page.
  • Databases for the plan. Typed fields, relations and formulas, as a table, board, gallery, calendar or timeline. Import CSV or Excel.
  • Truly together, in real time. Live cursors, presence and instant sync. Ctrl+Z reverses your own change, never a teammate's.

Accounting

ledgra

Accounting that keeps the books straight.

UK small-business accounting built around a real double-entry ledger: bank statement import and reconciliation, sales invoices, supplier bills read from the document, expense claims, nine-box VAT returns and drillable reports. One subscription can hold several sets of books, so a practice keeps one per client under a single login.

  • A real double-entry ledger. Every invoice, payment and bank line becomes one balanced journal entry. The ledger is append-only, so corrections are visible reversals.
  • Supplier bills, read and checked. Upload, photograph or email supplier invoices. ledgra reads them and flags duplicates or changed bank details.
  • Bank statements in, without retyping. Upload a spreadsheet, CSV, OFX, CAMT.053, MT940 or QIF download. Map columns once and ledgra remembers the layout.
  • Reconciliation that suggests the answer. ledgra proposes the open invoice, the contact and the coding you used last time. Confirm it and the entry posts itself.

Point of sale

digitill

Take the money. Keep the day moving.

A cloud-managed, offline-first EPOS for independent shops, cafés, bars and takeaways, running on ordinary Android tablets and laptops rather than proprietary tills. Retail and hospitality share one platform: scan-and-sell at a counter, or tables, tabs, courses and kitchen tickets in a venue, with a UK VAT ledger, margin and tronc reports and immutable Z reports underneath both.

  • Keeps trading when the line drops. Sales queue on the device with their own receipt numbers and sync back exactly once when you reconnect. No duplicates, no lost sales.
  • Lay out your own till. Drag buttons onto a grid, set the colours, and push it to any till. Change it at four o'clock and the tills have it at five past.
  • Shop and venue in one. Barcode scanning and stock for retail; tables, tabs, modifiers, courses, split bills and tips for hospitality.
  • A kitchen that knows what to cook. Draw your floor plan, send starters now and mains later, move dishes between bills, and each station gets only its own tickets.

Barcodes and labelling

quickcodes

QR codes and barcodes, generated and maintained.

A hosted service for generating and maintaining QR codes and barcodes at scale, built for codes that get printed. Thirteen symbologies with check digits handled for you, bulk generation from a spreadsheet, label-sheet PDFs, a REST API for print jobs and label printers, and a connector for AI assistants. Output is print-correct: real millimetre sizes, preserved quiet zones and true vector PDF.

  • 13 symbologies. QR, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec, Code 128 and 39, EAN, UPC, ITF-14, GS1-128 and GS1 DataBar, with check digits calculated for you.
  • GS1 application identifiers. Batch, best-before, expiry, serial, net weight and GLN encoded correctly with a built-in AI builder.
  • Designs, not one-off images. Fix symbology, colours, logo and print size once. Codes keep the design version they were made with, so labels in the wild never change silently.
  • Bulk from a spreadsheet. Upload a CSV or XLSX, confirm the columns, and it runs in the background with live progress. Failed rows come back with the reason.

Digital asset management

azzetica

Every approved asset, findable in seconds.

One searchable library for an organisation’s approved creative: images, video, documents and artwork with the metadata that makes them findable. Assets are organised around brands and products, carry go-live and expiry dates, and separate public, internal and reseller visibility, so teams and partners only ever see approved, in-date files.

  • One library, every asset. Images, video, documents and artwork in a single searchable home, with the metadata that gives each file meaning.
  • Search that actually finds it. Search and filtering across every dimension: brand, product, category, market, language, type, status and free-form tags.
  • Taxonomy you control. Asset types, statuses, brands, categories, products, countries and languages are configurable vocabularies, not fixed fields.
  • Product-centric organisation. Assets link to products by SKU with a primary image, so your website or PIM can ask for 'the assets for this product'.

An epostle daily sales report across an estate, with a chart and a row per trading day

Sales data for multi-site retail

epostle

Every till in the estate, reconciled by morning.

Nightly sales-data collection and reconciliation for multi-site retail and hospitality estates. epostle pulls every till’s sales, checks each site-day against the till’s own end-of-day totals, and delivers estate reporting, cash and loss-prevention analysis, product performance and margin, and ledger-ready data for finance. Each client runs on a dedicated instance with its own database.

  • Collected every night, unattended. Sales pulled site by site from your existing EPOS at a pace the vendor's API is comfortable with. Nobody exports or rekeys anything.
  • Reconciled against the till. Each site and trading day is checked against the till's own end-of-day totals. Anything that disagrees is raised as an exception, not averaged away.
  • Sites gone dark. A store that was trading and has reported nothing for several days is flagged, which per-site checks alone cannot catch.
  • Eighteen estate reports. Daily sales, product mix, PLU sales, payment and channel mix, site league, refunds and voids, seven-day cash and more.

Digital signage

screenherd

Every screen shows the right thing. You find out when one doesn't.

Digital signage for warehouses, shops, offices and receptions. Pair any TV, stick, tablet or PC with a code, build playlists of web dashboards, images, video and designed boards, schedule them by day and time, and see at a glance that every screen is showing what it should. Players run on Android, Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi and in any browser, and keep playing through outages.

  • Pair with a code. A new screen shows a code and a QR. Type the code or scan it with a phone: no device enrolment, no on-site server.
  • A player for every screen. Android 9 and later for TVs, sticks and tablets, apps for Windows, Linux and Raspberry Pi, and any web browser.
  • Playlists of anything. Web pages and live dashboards, images, video, designed boards and news feeds, each with its own timing.
  • Schedules by day and time. Rules pick the playlist in your local time, so breakfast menus, shift boards and out-of-hours notices change on their own.
The hobin mascots in a range of moods

AI agents

hobwork

Hobins at work.

AI agents, called hobins, that do real jobs in your ventive.ai apps. Each one works in leadily, kanbanic, hopfrog and ledgra as its own user, through the app’s MCP server and with the roles you grant. Schedules, webhooks and email wake them. What they want to do waits in an Inbox for you to approve, and every run leaves a full receipt and an audit trail that cannot be rewritten.

  • A user in each app, labelled as AI. A hobin works in leadily, kanbanic, hopfrog and ledgra only through the app's MCP server, with the roles an admin grants.
  • No other way in. Hobins have no password and no login to paste. Every sign-in route refuses them, and each one is badged as a hobin.
  • You choose what runs by itself. Every tool asks a person first until an owner or admin says otherwise. Broadcasts, SMS and social posts always ask.
  • Drafts, not sends. In leadily a hobin never sends email: drafts land in a person's Drafts. In ledgra it prepares and a person approves.
respondix.app

Forms and surveys

respondix

Every answer, in context.

Forms and surveys with branching, 17 question types and versioned publishing. Share by link, embed, QR code, email or SMS, or on a schedule to a leadily segment. Each response can be linked to the ticket, deal or person it concerns and shown on that record in another app. CSAT and NPS trends, AI theme summaries on your own key, anonymous staff surveys and per-form privacy controls.

  • Answers on the right record. Link each response to a ticket, deal or project and its contact, and show them on that record in the other app.
  • Share it anywhere. A public link, an embed that sizes itself, a QR code to print, or a send by email, SMS or on a schedule.
  • CSAT and NPS that trend. Scores by week or month, breakdowns by any hidden field or record, and AI summaries of what people wrote.
  • Anonymous when it matters. Staff surveys store no contact, address or record, and results stay hidden until five people have answered.
slottap.app

Bookings

slottap

Tap a slot. You're booked.

Bookings for anything with a time and a place: dock doors, bays, rooms or people. Industry packs for logistics and appointments set you up in one step, in your own words. Real availability with capacity limits, no double bookings, approvals and stages, a live day board for the floor, check-in by reference or QR code, password-free links for suppliers and carriers, and reports on punctuality, no-shows and utilisation.

  • Only slots that really work. Opening hours, buffers, notice, capacity and per-hour or per-shift limits are all checked, and clashes are refused.
  • Links instead of passwords. Suppliers and carriers book from an invite link after an emailed code, and see only their own bookings.
  • A live board for the floor. See the day by resource with a line for now and late arrivals flagged, or put it full screen on a TV.
  • Reports that show the problems. On-time and no-show rates, lateness, dwell time and utilisation, with no-shows exported for billing.
