Chronatix is timesheeting for consultancy businesses. Consultants book chargeable sessions against a client, project, and task hierarchy and see their month as a calendar, with each day summarising hours, value, and where the time went.

Every client decides how much detail its bookings need — time can be captured at client, client and project, or client, project, and task level, and the booking form adapts to match. Charge rates sit on the client with optional overrides per project and per task, resolved most-specific-first and snapshotted onto each booking, so changing a rate never restates time already billed. Billing reports run across every consultant, grouped and split for invoicing, with CSV export.

Built by ventive.ai as a multi-tenant platform: one deployment serves many consultancies, each reached on its own subdomain with its own clients, people, and roles, and a platform console behind a separate auth realm for administering tenancies and plans.
